Church at Large News
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
In the past 2 years we have saved several hundred cubic yards of landfill and several hundred thousand KWH energy by recycling paper in our Paper Retriever bins located at the back of our church near Hoeffer Hall. These bins are sponsored by Special Olympics Berks County which receives $5 per ton up to 4 tons and $15 per ton if we have more than 4 tons per month. We
have been under the recommended 4 ton capacity and risk losing our bins if we cannot increase our tonnage this year. Please consider bringing your paper to the church and help us keep our bins and save our environment. Thanks for your support!

Vacation Bible School
BIG THANKS to Pandamania Crew & Students
Each year when I begin to think, —how can we pull off a success-ful Bible School at Robeson Lutheran? the Lord inspires people with varying talents to fill the many positions that create a dy-namic Bible School program.
This year there were 50 people who supplied time and talent to minister to a lively group of 138 children, 3 year old through 6th grade. This whole week is an example of —God at work using our hands. I would also like to thank everyone who donated items to help decorate the new foyer and sanctuary. (I never knew bamboo was so prolific in the Plowville area.)
The students deserve a big thank you for their cooperation and respectfulness for friends, leaders and the church building. Our youth truly are the future of this world and it seems to me that the ones who were part of Bible School are definitely heading in a positive direction with their young lives. Parents should feel good knowing their children are being good stewards of all that God has given them.
Go forth in God’s grace.
