Worship & Music Committee

When you attend our worship services, you probably have little idea what went into the planning of them. The Worship and Music Committee's ministry is to do that planning.  

We enjoy celebrating the different seasons of the Church Year with hymns, liturgies, scriptures, choral music, and sermons related to each season.  We have choirs, acolytes, an altar guild, ushers, assisting ministers, lectors, and greeters to each do their part in making worship services glorify God and inspire worshippers.

If you like to plan and carry out inspirational ideas for worship, we invite you to be a part of our committee.

Finance & Stewardship Committee

God calls all of us to be responsible stewards of all his gifts:   time, talent and treasure.

We have two stewardship emphases each year. In the fall, members are asked to prayerfully consider completing a "Plan of Giving" card for the year ahead. In the spring, a Time and Abilities survey is taken for all members to indicate how they wish to be involved in the congregation's life in the year ahead. There is a wide variety of ministries from which to choose.

The Finance and Stewardship Committee seeks to make the best possible use out of all offerings given to the work of Christ. Monthly meetings are held during which anything that relates to the financial aspect of the congregation is discussed. Anyone with skills or interests in this area is invited to join us.
